Customization of the Box and the Ballpoint Pen

• Box: We can customize both the outside and the inside of the box to create your bespoke gift.
• Customization Limits:
  • Box: Maximum 18 letters on the outside and 20 letters on the inside.
  • Ballpoint Pen: Maximum 10 letters.

2. Validation: Before shipping, we will send you a final photo of the customization to ensure it meets your expectations.

• Ink Cartridge: The ballpoint pen is compatible with PARKER ink cartridges, which are available at all stationery stores and supermarkets.
